I love a project, my life has always evolved around projects. I start many and finish some which I’m fine with. I’m not a perfectionist so that helps me finish things. I like making beautiful things that heal. I think beauty heals.
For money I mix it up between textile work and Hair and Makeup especially for weddings.

If it’s comfortable and looks good I’m wearing it.

MEMORIES & STYLEI clearly remember the day being maybe 4 years old and asking my mother what to wear and she said I could decide!!!
My brain exploded I was pretty excited, I'm pretty sure I chose a velvet dress. I also remember my fondness for a red leather jacket I wanted to wear and would keep taking it out of clothes mum wanted give away when it was well past fitting me. My style these days is pretty functional but playful too. I don’t like to take things too seriously and I don’t love matching things. On the other side, I don’t like to try too hard. I always laugh at myself when I dress and think ‘I’m a really stylish person in disguise’. I do like minimal though, I’m not a layerer and I won’t do bad quality, I love to op shop for good quality! I spend many days in Blundstone boots but would know a Marni brooch if it hit my desk :) |
